Loss Recovery - Outsourced Claims Management

Loss Recovery Insurance covers the cost of professional fees incurred by an independent Chartered Loss Adjuster. This includes the costs of preparing and negotiating a client’s material damage or business interruption claim(s). This unique class of insurance is designed to provide policyholders with immediate access to a team of professional claims experts, valuers, and surveyors. The cost of this is usually excluded from policies, however through this competitively priced insurance, clients can access this support without incurring extra costs.

What you can expect

  • Immediate telephone advice and assistance for all claims
  • A site visit from a professional Claims Handler within 24 hours of the loss being reported (if it is expected to exceed £5,000)
  • An appointed claims expert to attend all meetings with the insurance company’s representatives on behalf of the client
  • Interim payments to allow lost or damaged items to be replaced quickly
  • Temporary premises and business equipment will be arranged, if required
  • Preparation of a full inventory of lost or damaged items Co–ordination of builders, surveyors and decorators if structural damage has occurred
  • Reassurance that their business will be returned to normal as quickly as possible
  • Fast settlement through regular supervision and monitoring
  • Liaison with your company accountant to prepare any loss of profits claim
